Confrontation is a situation in which people, groups, etc oops, fight and challenge each other in an angry way. It is an element of fight where people or parties conflict, and dispute one another in the course of a clash between them. Confrontation can take place at any scale, between groups, parties, cultures, or nations among different living things. It has been observed that this term has a negative meaning in it because people or groups tend to fight each other on a painful or aggressive basis. It is not a sign of happy or pleasant things but it refers to unpleasant things.
We can deal with this situation by knowing the warnings signs, reporting the controller authorities, and learning to handle effectively with conflicts and stress. If this situation occurs in a workplace, we can handle this by calling the security alerts and informing the supervisors. In this way, we can save lives.
Some people do not discuss their anger with others, they always hold a complete conversation in their mid. People who are having a conflicting nature, they rarely communicate directly with other people. They always keep their anger hidden, they may look calm, but in this way, their anger keeps nourishing in them. As they don’t express their feelings they keep feeding their inner demons.
