“I hate my life” Is this your mantra??
Are you spending the whole day thinking and wishing that you had a better life?
It’s an unfortunate reality for many people. In your unconscious, you know what’s wrong with you, what’s missing in your life but you don’t have the power to overcome the situation, to take a step for you.
You keep repeating “I hate my life” instead of focusing on how you can make your life better.. How can you make this world a happy place for you?
It’s only you who is responsible for your evil life. When a person keeps focusing on the negativity around him, it leaves impressions on his thoughts. Ultimately these negative thoughts influence his life in a wrong way.
It’s your pessimistic beliefs that make your life even harder and make you stop focusing on positivity around you.
Why do you hate your life
The 1st step to solve the misery is asking yourself what is it actually that you don’t like about your life. There could be a lot of reasons why people start thinking gloomy. It could be a job that you don’t like and don’t want to continue, but you can’t leave it due to any reason. Or promotion you have been waiting for years and still not getting it.
Or it may be concerned with the love of your life, a person who you want to be around and they are not paying enough attention to your emotions. It can break your heart and make you hate your life.
You are ugly, and people don’t love you, they don’t take care of your emotions. Probably it can give you heartache. You start practising social distancing and spend most of your time alone in your darkroom thinking “I hate my life”.
Or it could be about your education. You might have been spending your childhood planning that you will be a doctor or engineer in future, but you can’t get admission in relevant high school, or college. This failure can spread dark clouds of pessimism in your life.
As soon as you catch the root cause of your problems, you will be able to make your life better.
What will make you love your life
Here are some tips and tricks that will make you love your life for sure. You need to try them out. Don’t overwhelm yourself by trying all of them at once. You can start with just one or two.
Start thinking positive
It’s your brain, your level of perception that makes you think “I hate my life”. Start focusing on positive things around. Think once before you speak to yourself. Choose words wisely that you tell yourself. Don’t let your thoughts on auto mode.
Instead of feeding you negativity, start giving yourself hope. Tell yourself that maybe the day is terrible, but it’s okay. Good days yet to come.
There may be a part of your life that you don’t like, but it does not mean that you start hating your whole life. Tell yourself that it could be just one chapter of your life that’s making you sad and cynic, Remaining the entire story could bring the shine and joy in your life.
Develop the habit of gratitude
Take a moment and think about what you have in your life three years ago. There must be a lot of stuff that you wanted, and now you have that. There could be an issue that you thought will never get solved or a miserable situation that you felt impossible to get rid of.
But all problems get resolved. You got the position that you always wanted then why aren’t you grateful.
Start focusing on what you have currently and be thankful for that. Start practising gratitude, and it will bring more of what you desire.
There are numerous people out there, who want to live your life, who want to have the status that you got. Start paying attention to what you have and be happy for that, it will bring more good to your life.
Stop comparing yourself
Why you are so unhappy with your life, it might be because you compare yourself with situations and other people around you.
If I could find the love of my life, I will live happily ever after.
If only I were Lil bit more beautiful and bold, I would have more friends.
“Ideals” are not real. Stop wasting your life chasing them. Nobody is perfect. Everyone is struggling in their life in one way or another. Stop comparing yourself. It’s a trap. Focus on your well being. Everyone is facing difficulties in their life, and the difference is that they prefer to show a bright side to the world. It is the key to stay happy. Keep smiling, though it’s fake until you develop the habit of keeping smiling. All troubles will disappear in thin air. You have to be patient and positive.
Do the boycott of evil influences.
Do you have such people in your life who drag you down in your life and make you feel miserable? Then it’s time to have a straight forward conversion with them.
The people who continually have a terrible influence on you and force you to think that aren’t good enough for something or you can’t achieve something, they don’t deserve to stay in your life. Cut off with them as soon as possible. No need to stick with demotivators. If it is impossible to boycott entirely with them, At Least you can set boundaries so that they can no longer affect your life in a wrong way.
You deserve a much better company. You deserve the people who give you strength. Who helps to build up your confidence in yourself.
Do exercise regularly
Build the habit of exercising daily. You don’t have to buy fancy gyms membership. You can go for a run in the morning or an evening walk with your dog.
Doing workouts help to release happy hormones in your body. Try doing yoga or some pilates in the morning; you will feel fresh and better.
Make yourself priority
Self-love must be your 1st love. Take care of your mental, physical and emotional health.
Do whatever makes you happy. Take yourself on a date. Go, watch your favourite movie in the cinema. Spend time with your granny.
Take a warm bath, while music is playing in the background.
Get vacation from boring routine and go on adventures with your favourite people.
Set a goal for your life. Stop, pause, think, what you want for yourself. Strive to get that for you.
It will make you think less “I hate my life”, and more of that life has many other things to cherish.
